About the Role
We're seeking a skilledConcur Integration Supportprofessional to join our dynamic EUIT Integrations team in Guadalajara. In this role, you'll take ownership of L3 support for Concur and selected SaaS applications while delivering enterprise integrations using SnapLogic. You'll also develop capabilities on low/no-code platforms and serve as a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) resource for our Bespoke engineering team in Chennai.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead Concur configuration and enterprise integrations while expanding your expertise in modern integration platforms and low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Concur Administration & Configuration
- Own end-to-end Concur configurationincluding policies, audit rules, workflows, cost centers, per diem/VAT, expense types, approval routing, and user/role management
- Support Concur project deliverablesfrom requirements gathering through configuration build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Provide L3 supportwith comprehensive problem management and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Maintain knowledge base and runbookswhile ensuring SOX compliance and regulatory alignment
SnapLogic Integrations
- Design, build, test, and operateSnapLogic pipelines for Concur-to-SAP and other critical system integrations (HR/Finance master data, expense postings, notifications)
- Implement best practicesfor error handling, observability, version control, and job scheduling
- Partner with data and security teamsto establish and maintain integration standards
SaaS Support (L3)
- Lead or contribute to L3 supportfor additional SaaS applications as assigned
- Meet SLAs and CSAT targetswhile driving continual service improvement and automation initiatives
Low/No-Code Enablement
- Upskill and deliver solutionsusing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and similar tools
- Streamline workflowsand reduce manual effort through intelligent automation
BCP Coverage & Collaboration
- Serve as BCP resourcefor the Bespoke engineering team in Chennai, providing cross-region coverage, handovers, and failover procedures
- Collaborate with global teamsacross Chennai, GBS, Finance, Security, and vendor partners
- Act as a reliable point of contactfor integration and support matters
Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Adhere to change/release management, SOX requirements, and AstraZeneca standards
- Track and report KPIsincluding SLAs, incident aging, and pipeline reliability
- Contribute to auditsand drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Concur administration/configuration(Expense/Travel modules) including policies, audit rules, workflows, expense types, approvals, and user roles
- 2+ years designing and supporting integrationsusing an iPaaS platform (SnapLogic preferred; MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar acceptable with willingness to learn SnapLogic)
- Strong SQL and data handling skillswith familiarity in REST APIs, JSON, CSV, and SFTP protocols
- Experience with scheduling and job orchestrationin enterprise environments
- Proven L3 support backgroundwith solid incident/problem management and RCA practices
- Strong documentation habitsand knowledge management skills
- Experience working with Finance/HR master dataand SAP touchpoints (FI/CO concepts, cost centers, general ledgers, WBS elements, per diem/VAT)
- Excellent communication skillsin English and Spanish with ability to collaborate across regions and time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- SnapLogic Academy certifications(e.g., SL-101 Designing Integrations) or equivalent integration credentials
- Microsoft Power Platform experience(Power Automate/Apps/BI) with interest in expanding low/no-code capabilities
- Exposure to SOX, GRC, and audit processesin enterprise environments
- Scripting skillsfor automation (Python/PowerShell) and familiarity with CI/CD practices (Git, branching strategies, promotion patterns)
- ITIL/ServiceNow experienceincluding service catalog, ticket management, and knowledge base administration

Work Pattern
Guadalajara-based hybrid role with flexibility for occasional off-hours coverage aligned with Chennai operations and global release schedules.
