Team Assistant Oncology
Join our dynamic Oncology Business Unit as a Team Assistant. In this role, you will not only provide basic support but also assist Senior Managers and offer broader department support to a number of managers. Your tasks may include project management of functional activities, supporting the team in communication/responses to different stakeholders, booking meetings, maintaining documentation, and establishing systems and structures for day-to-day functioning of their responsibilities. In some instances, you may supervise others and allocate resources as necessary. This is your chance to deliver the value and potential of our game-changing pipeline!
Accountabilities:
As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for responding on behalf of the Functional Head to different stakeholders while maintaining high professional standards. You will handle more complex or escalated enquiries from other PA/secretarial staff, manage the email accounts of Senior Managers, and coordinate internal and external meetings. You will also be tasked with preparing documents, presentation materials, and official information releases, managing the budget, and performing other administrative tasks using independent judgement and discretion.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Prior PA Experience
- Ability to follow processes
- Good communication skills
- Team management skills
- Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities in the relevant area
- Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems
- Experience of a variety of software/systems (SAP)
- Written and spoken communications
- Thorough understanding of the local organization, and extensive knowledge of how local business processes interface to other relevant processes and information systems.
- Able to undertake a full range of mathematical calculations/activities relevant to the area of work
- Confidentiality
- Can create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others
- Customer Service Skills
- Good English knowledge
