What you’ll do
Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will adhere strictly to quality assurance and compliance procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental improvements. Your responsibilities will be to:
• Clean graded and ungraded rooms, furniture, fittings, walls, and doors following standard operating procedures.
• Perform carpet cleaning and operate ride-on or powered machinery.
• Utilize steam cleaning and pressure washing equipment effectively.
• Collect vehicular rubbish and operate mobile compaction units.
• Conduct specialist computer cleaning.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of toilets, wet areas, hard floors, and soft floors.
• Daily removal of rubbish and proper disposal adhering to recycling programs.
• Clean glass and windows as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the cleaners' room.
• Proper usage and maintenance of equipment and chemicals following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and manage chemical and stock orders efficiently.
• Secure buildings according to company procedures.
• Follow incident and accident reporting procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Previous experience in cleaning or similar field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures meticulously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work additional hours/shut down periods as needed.
