The role

Join us as a SAP S/4HANA Data Design Analyst in our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) team. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of several new ESG modules in SAP, including Sustainability Footprint Manager (SFM) and Sustainability Control Tower (SCT). You will be responsible for coordinating business data requirements, providing best practice data design proposals, defining and documenting relevant S/4 Enterprise Data Standards, and ensuring that existing SAP data is ready to migrate to S/4 HANA.

Accountabilities:

As a SAP S/4HANA Data Design Analyst, you will define and document relevant S/4HANA target state business data standards. You will apply your data and process expertise to support ESG related S/4 process design. You will also be involved in supporting the change journey from current to future state data design. Your role will also involve leading the prioritisation of data delivery related to ESG and reporting on progress to ESG Data Design Lead and other relevant stakeholders.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Familiarity with SAP or S/4 HANA data sets and data constructs (ideally Supply Chain and/ or Procurement data).

- Familiarity with key ESG concepts and common areas of application.

- Demonstrable knowledge of how business data requirements support process execution and analytics.

- Demonstrable experience of delivering business outcomes in a global, matrix organisation.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a diverse, global team, within and across functions.

Desired Skills/Experience:

- Experience of ESG data sets.

- Understanding of ESG modules in SAP.

- Experience in Data Governance.

- Experience in measuring, managing and improving Data Quality.

- S/4 HANA implementation experience.
