Accountabilities:
• Supervise the creation of benefits enrollment forms to ensure they accurately reflect our company’s insurance, retirement, PTO, and other benefits policies
• Create instructions and guidelines that will educate staff members on our company’s benefits policies and enrollment procedures
• Review and process submitted forms, as well as payroll and premium reports, retirement documents, and other important data
• Record employee status changes, such as contract terminations, sick leaves, and vacations, and make sure our database is regularly updated
• Communicate with health insurance and other benefits vendors to ensure our internal benefits policies reflect the actual services they provide
• Keep track of our budget, monitor expenditures, read tax reports, and compile reports on the utilization of our benefits programs
• Manage Internal Recognition Programs & HR Communications
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Two Years Corporate Experience
• HR Communications / Benefits / Training Experience
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Fluency in English
- Planning and project management
- Analytical attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with various departments
