Brand and Project Manager

As our Brand and Project Manager, you will drive brand and customer activities through strategic marketing initiatives and effective project management. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, integrating insights from Value & Access, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Digital teams to create cohesive and innovative marketing strategies. Your project management skills will ensure timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives. By developing omni-channel engagement plans and managing relationships with key stakeholders, you will foster a high level of customer focus and drive value-adding activities. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and localization of marketing materials, ensuring compliance and effective communication. 

Accountabilities 

Market Understanding and Insights: 

• Develop market understanding and gain insights into the stakeholder map and needs, patient journeys, patient funnels, landscape map (existing products and utilization), and differentiation. 

• Identify opportunities and barriers to growth in close collaboration with the cross-functional team. 

Marketing Activities and Project Execution: 

• Define, lead, and execute marketing activities and projects to deliver on the brand strategy. 

• Ensure the successful achievement of tactical objectives and milestones outlined within the Disease Plan for assigned indications. 

• Oversee project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion. 

• Establish an omni-channel engagement plan in close collaboration with the cross-functional and Digital teams, leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 

• Create, localize, and manage the approval of local materials, including Veeva/Promomat system management. 

• Manage marketing and support agencies in developing local marketing materials and communication tools. 

• Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets. 

• Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with industry regulations and company policies. 

Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and work closely with Value & Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, RDAP and other teams to ensure integrated plans and aligned implementation of marketing activities. 

• Support the development and the execution key account management plans, based on the locally identified patient journey issues. 

• Promote the sharing of best practices and experiences across the CENE region to enhance team performance and drive regional success. 

• Actively engage and collaborate with International/Global teams to ensure market needs and priorities are considered in the product strategy and launch plans. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders. 

Essential Skills/Experience 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in marketing 

• Strong Project Management and strategic thinking skills  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships. 

• Experience in one or more of the following fields highly desirable: rare disease, neurology, haematology, nephrology, endocrinology, oncology 

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical regulations and national health system, and aspects of reimbursement of healthcare services (national, regional, patient group and individual patient level). 

• Able to work independently in a fast and dynamic environment where cross functional collaboration (Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory and Quality etc) is key for success 

• Fluent in one Nordic language and English 

Desirable Skills/Experience 

• Nordic marketing experience  

• Experience in preparing the launch of a product 

• Experience with omni-channel engagement tools 

Education

• University degree 

• LIF Education or equivalent
