Role description
We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to drive responsible AI adoption and deliver business value through automation and analytics. This role will lead AI use case discovery, build prototypes and solutions using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, and partner with stakeholders to scale AI capabilities safely under strong governance.


Typical Accountabilities

  • AI Enablement and Delivery: Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases that solve real business problems; define success metrics and measure impact.
  • Copilot Solutions: Design, build, and maintain copilots/agents with Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio to automate workflows and augment knowledge work.
  • Power Platform Automation: Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and integrate with enterprise systems.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Build and manage Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards; ensure data quality, performance, and stakeholder adoption.
  • Governance and Compliance: Embed responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security controls; align with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Translate business needs into technical solutions; run workshops, create documentation, and provide training and support.
  • Operations and Lifecycle: Manage backlog, releases, and continuous improvement; monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying copilots/agents using Copilot Agent Builder and/or Copilot Studio.
  • Power Platform delivery skills: Power Apps and Power Automate (connectors, approvals; RPA is a plus).
  • Strong Power BI capability (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Row-Level Security, performance tuning, workspace governance).
  • Governance mindset: ability to embed responsible AI, data privacy, and security controls in solution design and rollout.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication; able to produce clear English documentation and enable adoption.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field), equivalent experience considered.
  • Language: Proficient in written and spoken English for local and global stakeholder engagement.
  • Certifications: (Nice to have) Cloud, data, or Power Platform certifications.
  • Work Experience: 3–7 years in AI/automation/analytics or related roles delivering solutions in a business environment.
  • Competencies: Problem solving and analytical thinking; stakeholder management and communication; delivery ownership and accountability; growth mindset and continuous learning; ethical and responsible AI mindset.
