Senior Manager, US Marketing, Neurology, NMOSD
Location: Boston -Seaport (60% onsite required)
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, US Marketing, Neurology, NMOSD is a member of the commercial brand team and will play a critical role in executing key tactics to HCPs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage HCP marketing material development and launch, including working with agencies, and Legal/Medical/Regulatory approval
Lead U.S. congress planning and execution
Lead HCP peer-to-peer programming, speaker bureau and training
Develop and maintain strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e., Sales, TLLs, Training, OneSource, Promotional Review Committee, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
Support HCP marketing operations such as printing, budget, speaker bureau management
Communicate via written and oral presentations about marketing progress to commercial and medical leadership
Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably bio/pharma experience
MBA preferred.
Experience developing marketing materials and gaining approval in legal, medical, and regulatory review
Experience in managing external agencies and vendors on a day-to-day basis, and managing promotional budgets
Fluency in English both written and oral mandatory
Ability to travel 25% of time
