We are looking for a TAq Partner to join the team and support hiring throughout the United States. This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality full-cycle recruitment process. It involves partnering with hiring managers and team members to identify talent, develop hiring strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for roles focused on the US market
  • Collaborate with the Global Recruitment organisation to support the implementation of recruitment processes, standards, and success measures
  • Work with EBRM and other partners to develop and review candidate-facing communications in line with employer brand guidelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Provide advice and support that assist hiring managers in achieving efficient and successful hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Confirmed experience leading full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven background in US hiring
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong partner management and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a global recruitment environment
