Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Learning Systems Training Lead to join our Operations and Technology Solutions team. Reporting to the Learning Tech Service Delivery & Release Lead, this role will collaborate closely with T&D functional leads and subject matter experts. The primary responsibility is to manage the development and delivery of systems training and job aids across our global learning tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training needs for our cloud-based global learning technology systems.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials aligned with system releases.
  • Create a structured curriculum covering system functionality, best practices, compliance, and innovative uses.

System Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions globally for learning practitioners.
  • Customize programs for different audiences and skill levels.
  • Ensure interactive sessions with hands-on practice and assessments.

System Adoption and Support:

  • Promote the adoption of cloud-based learning systems by demonstrating benefits and capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, troubleshooting learning design issues, and addressing system-related inquiries.

Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning systems training.
  • Gather feedback for continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably on cloud-based global learning systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based learning management systems and e-learning tools.
  • Experience in agile methodology training and design thinking development.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, multitask, and be flexible.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe suite of products.
  • Pharmaceutical experience (will be an asset).

Desirable:

  • Experience with LMS and learning platforms (Degreed, Cornerstone, adaptive technology) and LCMs (learning content management systems)
  • Working knowledge of Camtasia and/or similar video recording/editing tool
