RPA Support Engineer

The Hyperautomation Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and operational support for automation processes within the organization. Their role includes incident resolution, preventive and corrective maintenance, improvements to existing processes, and collaboration with development and business teams to ensure the operational continuity of Hyperautomation solutions in production.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the execution of Hyperautomation solutions in production and ensure their proper functioning.

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to automated process execution.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing solutions.

  • Document and update incidents, applied solutions, and implemented improvements.

  • Collaborate with development and business teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in automated processes.

  • Manage production changes, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

  • Implement quality controls and prevent recurring failures.

  • Manage access and permissions for solutions in production and testing environments.

  • Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in Hyperautomation.

  • Participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, process automation, or related roles.

  • Experience in supporting and maintaining solutions developed in Hyperautomation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, among others.

  • Knowledge of integrating Hyperautomation solutions with other enterprise systems.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience in creating technical specifications, test plans, and support documentation.

  • Strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills for engaging with senior partners.

Desirable:

  • Certifications in Hyperautomation tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.).

  • Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

  • Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET.

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and incident/organizational change management.
