Integration Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the design, development, and documentation of IT infrastructure components in line with AZ’s Architectural Roadmap, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise, sharing knowledge within project teams focused on the improvement and maintenance of IT Infrastructure Operations solutions.
• Collaborate in technical design reviews and ensure alignment with business needs and high-level designs.
• Support case preparation, supplier selection processes, and evaluation of external proposals.
• Perform routine maintenance, performance analysis, and reporting on existing infrastructure solutions.
• Assist in problem investigations and solution support applying ITIL V3.0 principles.
• Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance service performance and operational efficiency.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience

Crucial:
• Higher education with shown capability in a sophisticated IT environment.
• Prior experience in an Information Services / Information Technology environment.
• Experience in working within an organization passionate about quality and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
• Experience creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining IT solutions and applications.
• Hands-on experience with third-party vendors or suppliers.
• Familiarity with ITIL V3.0 practices.
• Relevant qualifications or training in enterprise management and monitoring tooling.

Required Skills & Capabilities

• Proficiency withTanium, including:

  • Tanium Agent Remediation,
  • Creating reports in Tanium,

Desirable:
• Degree-level education in Computer Science or a related field.
• Direct experience within pharmaceutical or highly-regulated industries.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of the external IT market.
