This position combines strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise to drive innovation in Data Engineering and Data Management.

A counterpart role already established in the UK will focus on transformation projects, such as retiring legacy technologies and introducing new platforms. The new role, based in Guadalajara Mexico, will focus predominantly on operating existing services, with opportunities to support transformation projects.

  • Provide guidance on technical challenges and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between IT and Business Units, fostering strong communication and understanding.
