  • Monitoring and Insights: Design and execute a risk-based monitoring plan for commercial and medical activities; analyze trends and partner with team members on corrective and preventive actions.

  • Second-Line Collaboration: Partner with Oncology and Rare Disease compliance, Global Assurance, Global Compliance Investigations, and the Ethics & Privacy Enablement & Innovation Center to implement monitoring, investigations, training, awareness, and risk management that strengthen the global compliance program.

  • Access Services Collaboration: Work with Access Services on reimbursement support strategy projects, programs, and risk evaluations.

  • Culture of Integrity: Champion “Doing the Right Thing,” reinforcing ethics and integrity through guidance, training, and visible leadership.

  • Program Improvement: Provide timely input to the corporate compliance program and drive consistent execution across the business.

  • Simplification and Digital: Lead simplification and efficiency across units; be an early adopter and advocate for digital tools and ways of working.

  • Executive Influence: Engage independently with leaders and management teams to advise, share insights, and constructively challenge decisions to improve outcomes.

  • Additional Contributions: Perform other responsibilities as needed to advance the compliance framework and business priorities.
