Job Title: Senior Finance Manager, R&I Finance

Introduction to role:

Are you ready to lead the financial charge in a dynamic environment? As a Senior Finance Manager for R&I Finance, you'll play a key role in collaborating with the finance functions for the US R&I therapeutic area. You'll support Executive Business Directors and TA Executive Marketing Directors, ensuring performance reporting, analytics, and financial management are outstanding. Your role will also encompass leading finance business partnering for the Biologics Market Access Teams. Dive into a role where your expertise will drive impactful decisions!

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare in-depth financial analysis of expense budgets (MTP/RBU), forecasts, and actual results for business customers.

  • Serve as the key Finance business partner to R&I Leadership Team members for investment support.

  • Partner with Executive Business Directors for Fasenra and Saphnelo field sales organizations.

  • Maintain applicable accounts and cost centers for the US Business, ensuring compliance with Group reporting requirements.

  • Drive cost consciousness and lead efforts to identify and implement cost savings.

  • Lead monthly close process and rebate reserve analysis for Biologic Brands.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in planning and reporting processes.

  • Ensure adherence to SOX 404 and local financial control framework controls.

  • Liaise with Global Finance Services team in Costa Rica to achieve business priorities.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • B.S. Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 5+ years of financial experience, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

  • Knowledge of US operating model

  • Excellent PC skills including Hyperion Planning, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in working with and challenging senior management

  • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail

  • Ability to perform in a teamwork-focused environment

  • Capacity to manage multiple and frequently changing priorities

  • Capability to meet strict deadlines with ownership and urgency

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Strong financial system acumen

  • Previous business partnering experience
