About Commercial Learning
US BBU Commercial Learning (CLx), a function of the Innovation and Business Excellence (IBEX) team, is dedicated to developing and delivering innovative, accessible, and tailored learning solutions to empower individuals and teams to drive growth and elevate capability as the US BBU leads the way in advancing healthcare solutions for patients. Our enterprise learning team leads the lifecycle of training for our US BBU commercial field roles from onboarding to ongoing commercial capability development, from customized team interventions to enterprise academies.
About the Role
The CLx Learning Manager (Gov & Tech) role is essential for realizing theCLxambition, offering continuous support to the US BBU CLx team and partners with expertise in governance and technology. This role involves running learning content, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, auditing learner profiles, handling onboarding SOPs, training on sales tools, and addressing learning technology inquiries to enhance learning and development operations.
Specifically, this person will:
Content Governance and Management: Lead content governance and coordinate the organization, categorization, and accessibility of learning materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Contribute to the Learning Content Governance Committee by providing recommendations for content governance improvements.
Content Updates and Version Control: Maintain a changelog and implement version control to track updates and revisions, ensuring transparency and accountability.Establish consistent naming conventions to enhance content discoverability.
Review and Compliance Management: Manage a structured review process to regularly evaluate and improve content, ensuring compliance content is documented for learner role profiles to mitigate risks.
Platform Guidelines and Management: Maintain and implement guidelines for ie.: Degreed, Xyleme, Cornerstone, learning platforms and technology tools for onboarding and upskilling.
Learning Technology Support: Assess and resolve learning technology issues to ensure seamless operations.
Training Program Management: Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions, ensuring learning objectives are met while engaging participants through discussions and activities. Tailor training materials and methods to address the specific needs of different audiences.
Technical and Collaborative Support: Provide technical support during sessions and collaborate with team members and partners to align programs with organizational goals.
Essential for the role
Educational
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Desirable Experience
3+ years total of transferable experience in a corporate environment
Experience training and/or developing others, pharmaceutical training preferred.
Experience in any or all of the following - learning management systems, governance, sales tools platforms,simulation or immersive learning,
