Join us in the BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit (BBU), where we develop impactful therapeutic strategies to enhance patient lives. As an Associate Director - LOKELMA in Wilmington, DE, you'll demonstrate our scientific capabilities to make a difference in patients' lives. You'll collaborate with Brand Leadership and global teams to shape and implement brand strategies, focusing on launch promotional planning, positioning, disease education, and marketing campaigns.

Accountabilities:

  • Support CV Specialty sales team with brand strategy execution

  • Collaborate with Global Commercial Operations for patient messaging across various channels

  • Manage ad agency performance to align with brand goals

  • Define and develop promotional plans consistent with brand strategy

  • Partner with Business Insights and Market Research Team for success metrics and performance analysis

  • Shape tactical plans and budgets during annual operational planning

  • Develop patient-centric programs with corporate affairs and advocacy partners

  • Oversee promotional budget for brand marketing activities

  • Manage regulatory and legal review processes for promotional assets

  • Foster a positive work culture through team activities

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Business, Marketing or in the sciences

  • 3+ years of marketing experience and 1+ year in pharmaceutical industry OR 3+ years of pharma or Healthcare experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority

  • Consumer marketing experience with paid, owned and earned media

  • Experience with audience segmentation, content strategy and CRM workflow development

  • Experience with digital, social and mobile marketing channels, technology and analytics

  • Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs

  • Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Field sales, Respiratory or Biologics therapeutic-area experience

  • Experience launching new products or indications

  • MBA
