Accountabilities
- Provides administrative support to the senior team, coordinating complex meetings and off-site events, daily calendar management, and travel in line with AZ policy.
- Coordinates, collates, and communicates information at the detailed level, possibly of a technical or statistical nature.
- Ensures the production of reports or analyses to meet quality standards and provides interpretation of data.
- Reconciles figures or information from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and follows up on discrepancies.
- Carries out calculations, analyses, or investigations to defined briefs to support the smooth functioning of the business area.
- Resolves complex customer queries and issues to meet customer and business requirements.
- Participates in establishing an understanding of (internal) customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs, and monitors those services and activities to ensure requirements are fully met.
- Prioritizes workload, and that of others as appropriate, to achieve personal and work unit targets.
- Organizes, controls, and delivers specific clerical/administrative activities related to financial budget management for marketing and access strategy teams.
- Leads assigned business and marketing projects ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan, reviewing and refining plans as necessary.
- Detail-Orientation: Ability to manage duties and tasks at the detailed level and anticipate what will be needed.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate within the team/leaders in a highly professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- Flexibility: Ability to adjust as needed to workplace and leader requirements.
- Technical Skills: Sufficient knowledge of various computer programs and systems and ability to learn quickly as needed.
Essential Skills/Experience
- High school or GED equivalent diploma is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years administrative, customer service, and/or relevant business experience supporting senior leaders and/or executives.
- Applies an advanced level of knowledge/skills to a wide range of interdepartmental responsibilities and serves as a resource to others.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement within specified department.
- Able to communicate effectively with ease and confidence with team members, written and spoken.
- Project and organizational skills; effectively and efficiently manages and coordinates multiple projects.
- Works well independently but also successfully collaborates across teams.
- Good organizational awareness; anticipates work activities and proactively problem solves and makes independent decisions.
- Strong technical skills; knowledge of computer systems and the ability to learn and apply new technologies in the work environment.
