Digital Manager (m,w,d)
Objective of the position:
Responsible for defining the overall digital strategy for our commercial business, and ensures alignment as well as provides operational guidance to business units regarding digital as a core element of our Go- To- Market Strategy. Actively engaging with key stakeholders to drive digital innovation with latest technologies and ensuring a prominent digital presence that resonates with the local market and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our commercial business.
Main tasks
- Driving innovative digital aspects of omnichannel campaigns (Next Gen) and ensuring strategic, channel-ready development of digital assets
- Responsible for our digital governance/ framework and expansion of the digital portfolio in coordination with business units
- Partner with the Brand Teams to accelerate omnichannel communication and execution
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Organize training sessions to foster collaboration and digital capability uplift within the commercial teams
- Acting as a subject-matter-expert, project manager and key point-of-contact for leading and performing AZ & digital projects
- Representing Austria in regional and global forums
- Manages the IBEX digital budget
Desirable skills
- Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, Maser of Digital Marketing) or other advanced degrees related to business, marketing or digital technology
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, digital analytics, project management (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- At least 5 years proven work experience in a similar role in multinational matrix company and previous industry
- Excellent command in English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience in digital marketing/ omnichannel
- Technical knowledge and curiosity related to digital technologies, analytical skills and experience in dealing with analysis tools
- User Experience (UX) Design Principles
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Digital Analytics Tools
