Location: Warsaw (hybrid work - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home/weekly)

The purpose ofthis role is to act as a key expert supporting the Talent & Development Lead in all Talent & Development activities across the Site. As a vital contributor to the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) process, you will leverage your expertise to coordinate events, organize training courses—both internally and through external training providers—and ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you may apply your knowledge to analyze learning needs, design impactful learning solutions, and deliver classroom-based workshops or online training. By partnering closely with the local HR team and business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Main Accountabilities:
- Acts as the central point of contact for all L&D queries ensuring seamless communication and support for business partners
- Delivers training both virtual and in-person—and assist in commissioning high-quality L&D solutions from external providers
- Works closely with a business and the Talent & Development Lead to identify training and development requirements for the specialist areas
- Coordinates and organizes internal and off-site events in the area of management development and soft skills
- Designs and develops training materials for local T&D curriculum
- Maintains up-to-date records of learner development and existing course content
- Analyses and reports on course evaluations and feedback and makes expert recommendations for any improvements
Essential requirements for the role:
- University degree
- Experience in delivering training (virtual and face-to-face)
- Min. 4 years of experience in planning and implementing development and training activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning
- High independence, proactivity, and responsibility for the tasks performed
- Experience in the preparation of internal communications, presentations, and training materials
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Polish
