People Services Portal Lead

Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (3 days from office, 2 days from home)

Provide support on planning, directing and overseeing a wide range of analyses, related to current and future improvements in relation to People Servcies Ask AZ part of the portal.As an expert, develops and monitors a range of projects involvingimprovements, coaches other specialists in this area along with colleagues across People Services and broader HR.Is the recognised expert on the People Services knowledge Portal within own field and often first point of contact for queries from HR colleagues in hubs, large, medium and small markets.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Acts as a source of knowledge of People Services part of Ask AZ portal, defining and communicating current and future improvement needs and opportunities
  • Prioritises People Services Ask AZ improvement issues and delivers own improvement findings and recommendations
  • Enables cross-functional sharing of Ask AZ improvement ideas by ensuring adequate processes for capturing data to influence improvements and change
  • Work closely and supports product owners in improving & implementing changes to Ask AZ use and functionality 
  • Oversees specialised research to deliver new proposals, and amalgamates findings so they can be used to underpin new initiatives
  • Co-ordinates & supports the development and presentation of best options or working models to enhance business continuity or improve product performance
  • Keeps own knowledge of best practices on use of portal design current
  • Identifies customer requirements and influences key stakeholders to implement improvements
  • Be the voice of the customer across the PS and HR  to ensure the People Services part of Ask AZ portal delivers on customer experience.
  • Takes the lead on behalf of all People Services to influence product enhancements
  • Monitors and reviews key performance indicators for knowledge management.
  • Be part and supports the long-term strategy for the People Services part of the AskAZ Portal and proactively shares with the back-end users, socializing portal community together.    

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in HR technology or related field
  • Bacherlor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Significant experience in Business Improvement

Desirable:

  • Advanced degree within field
  • Understanding of HR knowledge base
  • Professional certification
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide project updates and drive change across HR Advisory service line
