Learning Technology Advisor
R&D GxP Learning is part of Process, Quality, Learning & Transformation in BioPharmaceuticals Clinical Operations. We are committed to delivering accessible, sustainable & compliant learning solutions that consider diverse needs of our R&D learners. Our strategy consists of 3 key learning programs:
QMS GxP – protects our licence to operate by ensuring we are compliant with external regulations.
Clinical Execution Excellence – enables effective end-to-end delivery of clinical trials.
Clinical Innovation – leverages learning to bring awareness on the industry trends.
Leadership of the team includes, among others, Learning Program Leads & R&D GxP Learning Operations Director. The former oversees execution of their respective program strategy while the latter ensures alignment with business objectives & operational success across all 3 programs.

Job SpecificGeneral Accountabilities
Collaborates with Global Learning Services for updates of R&D procedural documents in Cornerstone and makes corresponding assignments to roles as outlined by Business Learning Leads
Upkeeps the R&D procedural document log
Maintains and updates R&D training matrix spreadsheet
Updates and maintains learning plans in Cornerstone per request from learning technology partners
Oversees the subscription of key reports to Business Learning Leads
Creates and maintains LMS system standards for key tasks
Solves training related issues or escalate to the appropriate partner, from shared mailbox and ticketing system
Generates communications on learning technology system updates and improvements
Supports audit and inspections by providing requested documents and reports from LMS
Acts as an expert in the Learning Management System and advise on system possibilities
Collaborates with Learning Technology Managers and support them in Partnering with Business Learning Leads
Facilitate and co-facilitate sessions about Learning Management System and function specific sessions
Learning Technology Team Accountabilities
Fosters a collaborative work environment that promotes inclusion, diversity, and a speak up culture
Communicates effectively and respectfully with learning colleagues and business stakeholders
Maintains knowledge of relevant industry information affecting the learning technology area
Conducts training for colleagues and business stakeholders as required

Requirements:
Essential
Degree level education
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong collaborative, influencing and interpersonal skills – curious to understand business environment
Ability to work in a global environment and able to contribute as part of global team
Displays excellent organization skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high volume environment with shifting priorities
Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace
Desirable
Formal experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment
Proven expertise in learning technology management systems
Develops and maintains strong 'customer focused' relationships with business owners
