Job Title: Axial Data Design Manager – Procurement & Material Management​

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office

The Axial Data Design Manager for Procurement & Material Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring data readiness and excellence as we transition to a global ERP solution.

Accountabilities:
As the Axial Data Design Manager – Procurement & Material Management, you will lead the charge in coordinating business data requirements within the S/4 HANA design and deployment process. Your responsibilities will include defining and documenting clear data standards, robust data management, and governance processes. You will ensure data readiness at go-live, aligning with the Enterprise Process Owner (EPO) organization and representing P&MM data demands across interlinked areas. Engage proactively with the wider business to ensure that the S/4 data design meets business requirements and aligns with SAP standards.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Significant subject matter experience and demonstrated business process execution knowledge in Procurement and Material Management.

  • Experience of designing and implementing Data Standards for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint.

  • Familiarity with data workflows and data management via Fiori Apps, ServiceNow or alternates.

  • Demonstrable P&MM related SAP working knowledge in an SAP environment, including an understanding of how data integrates within an SAP architecture (S4 desired along with downstream like SAC).

  • Strong leadership skills including demonstrate ability to drive clear prioritisation, explain complex data concepts to business users, influence senior stakeholders and negotiate across complex groups to achieve objectives.

  • Experience on change management journey from current to future state data design including completion of user education, change impact assessments and outline of critical use case examples Team Leadership and Management experience.

  • Solid Project Management skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in working with the Procurement and Material Management organisations in complex manufacturing clients.

  • S/4 HANA implementation programme experience.

  • Experience in designing and implementing P&MM related data management processes.

  • Experience in life sciences and healthcare.

  • Experience with global working and across cultures.
