■ 職務内容 / Job Description
ヘルスポリシーリードは、複雑な政策課題を、AZKKの事業および治療領域（TA）戦略を支える具体的で戦略的、かつ意思決定可能な選択肢へと構造化することに責任を負う。価格制度やTA改革などの政策不確実性を、経営層の意思決定に資する実行可能な提言へと翻訳する。本職は、経済的な論理とガバナンスの整合性に基づいた正式な政策提案、技術的提出文書、業界としてのスタンスの策定を主導する。本職はポリシー＆アドボカシー・ディレクターにレポートする.

代表的なアカウンタビリティ

主要政策テーマ（例：MFN／リバランシング、価格制度改革、TA特化の改革）に関し、課題設定、選択肢、影響分析、提言を含む構造化された「意思決定パック」を作成する。
対外対応の前に、BU、メディカル、プライシング、GCA などの部門横断アラインメントを主導する。
当局または業界プラットフォーム向けの正式な政策提案書および技術的提出文書を起草する。
業界団体や主要ステークホルダーと連携し、構造化された共同提案の整合を図る。
政策改革の機会を特定し、AZKKの戦略的ポジショニングを定義する。
すべての政策エンゲージメントが文書化・コンプライアンス準拠・監査可能であることを確保する。
構造化されたエビデンスに基づく提言を通じて、経営レベルの意思決定に影響を与える。
TA／R&Dのニーズを政策の設計図へと翻訳する。

＜必要要件＞
・学士号
・ヘルスポリシー、渉外（Government Affairs）、レギュラトリーストラテジー等の関連分野で5〜10年の経験
・政策文書のドラフティングに強みがあること
・複雑な政策ロジックを自律的に構造化できる能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
