■ 職務内容 / Job Description
市場、疾患、患者、医療従事者に関する情報をベースに市場分析を行いBrand teamに対してBrand strategy作成に必要な提案を行う。
主なJob outputは、(1) 各製品の売り上げ予測、(2) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案
Responsibility
1) 各製品の売り上げ予測をする。
-担当製品の予測モデルを構築する。
-市場調査やセカンダリーデータ分析結果等をもとにkey assumptionを作成する。
-将来に起こりうる各イベントの影響を加味しForecastを最終化する。
-営業の販売目標と連動したKPI（納入軒数、処方医師数、医師あたり患者数などの目標）を提供する。
2) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案
-市場調査の企画と実施を行う。
-分析に必要なセカンダリーデータ情報の収集をする（セグメント、医師数、患者数、Patient journey、Stakeholder等)。
-市場調査結果とセカンダリーデータを用いた分析を行い顧客インサイトを明確にする。
-各種データを用いてBrand performanceのモニタリングと課題の同定・原因分析を行う。

【経験 / Experience】

• 日本の医療用医薬品市場における市場調査、売り上げ予測、マーケティング、セールス関連分析の経験5年以上

-ブランドチームのみならずバックグランドの異なる社内外の多くのステークホルダーと積極的にコミュニケーションをとり協力して業務を行う能力

-市場環境と様々な分析結果をもとに、製品戦略を提案できる能力

• プレゼンテーション能力

・資料作成能力
・エクセルは基本的に四則演算レベルでOKだが、関数およびマクロ知識がbetter
（原因分析のためには、ビジネス統計分析の知識は役立つ）
