Typical Accountabilities- Respond directly to complex or escalated medical information inquiries by leveraging advanced knowledge of assigned products, therapeutic areas, and company protocols.- Prepare and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date information packages, resource materials, and documentation for assigned products or therapeutic areas to ensure accurate information dissemination.- Serve as a subject matter expert in technical or therapeutic areas, actively monitor developments within specialty fields, and ensure continuous knowledge updates to address inquiries effectively.- Track, document, and analyse all medical information inquiries and responses systematically to meet internal company standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including the Marketing team.- Ensure strict adherence to medical information protocols, corporate policies, and all relevant local and international regulations to maintain compliance and credibility.- Manage and deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines, prepare detailed reports, and present findings and actionable outcomes to relevant audiences or stakeholders.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a science, pharmacy, or healthcare-related discipline; Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical information, or healthcare environments; Strong experience in customer communication and handling complex information; Solid understanding of medical information processes, protocols, and compliance standards; Strong organizational and prioritization skills; Ability to appropriately escalate complex issues.Desirable: Broader expertise in multiple products, therapy areas, or aspects of medical information; Experience managing projects or supporting implementation of new initiatives; Project management certification or relevant training.Key Relationship to Reach SolutionsInternal: Medical Information; Medical Affairs; Compliance; Marketing; Other cross-functional business partners.External: Healthcare professionals (e.g., pharmacists, physicians, nurses); Patients; Regulatory authorities; Service providers.
