【Main responsibilities】
Compensation & Benefit
- Assist in the delivery of C&B programs by creating visually appealing internal announcements related to company benefits updates.
- Produce engaging videos and digital assets to enhance employee engagement and simplify complex HR information.
- Transform HR communications with high-quality visual design and consistent layouts.
- Handle other temporary assignments or special projects as requested by the team to support overall HR objectives.
Employer Branding
- Responsible for content planning on Instagram and LinkedIn, including script drafting, video editing, creating for short videos (Reels) and feature article posting.
- Coordinate with cross-function team to confirm and collect materials such as project highlights or team events. Consolidate this information into a unified style to build a consistent brand image and attract top talent.
- Assist in various Employer Branding initiatives, including HR award submissions, On-campus Career Talks, project iDEA…etc.
- Handle other temporary assignments or special projects as requested by the team to support overall HR objectives.
Learning & Develop
- Training Coordination and Logistics
- Independently organize training course logistics, including sending invitations, tracking attendance and managing waitlists.
- Support feedback collection and after-class promotion for each training session.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support L&D in collaborating with operational team members on training planning.
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and contribute innovative ideas to enhance learning experiences.
- Creative and Visual Enhancement
- Utilize creative skills to revamp presentation slides, design eye-catching posters, and produce engaging videos.
- Enhance visual and digital learning materials using tools such as Adobe Express.
【Who can apply?】
Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.
Working time: at least 2.5 days per week.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of commitment and attention to detail.
Passionate about learning and development, with a creative mindset and the drive to make things happen.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and any design tools.
Portfolio submission is encouraged.
