Business Excellence and Capability Lead

Typical Accountabilities

  • Lead sales & marketing capability programs (selling skills, coaching, strategic/launch readiness).
  • Oversee training curriculum design and implementation with Training Manager.
  • Support launch readiness by reviewing preparation with key stakeholders and strengthening marketers’ launch capability.
  • Manage commercial coordinators on BU logistics, PR/PO, materials, sponsorship, and sample management.
  • Chair annual sample committee with leadership and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance governance, budget/resource allocation, and continuous improvement.

Essential

  • > 7 years pharma commercial experience (sales, marketing, training)
  • Proven sales & marketing capability building, including selling skills, coaching, brand strategic planning, and brand execution planning
  • Familiarity with Launch Excellence framework and experience supporting product launches
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills; fluent in English & Mandarin

Desirable

  • Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Extensive experience leading or coordinating product launches
  • Marketing strategy, brand execution, or omnichannel experience
  • Experience promoting or launching digital tools/solutions/projects
