About the Role
Key Account Specialist initial focus is on major government hospitals/instituti with potential for expansion. The role is responsible for the operational execution of unlocking the business potential in the Hospitals with the following priorities:
Support Market Access Managers in the hospital's procurement negotiation
Demand generation in the hospital's scope
Implementation of hospital's commercial-led programs
With assigned sales targets relative to assigned hospital accounts
What You'll Do
Develop and implement bidding and contract with the key accounts in the assigned Hospitals with support from PD1
Monitors the competitors’ landscape, healthcare environment and practices for shifts in trends or behaviours, interpret likely impact the brand preference of the customers and stakeholders
Support the execution of the strategies and action steps in the changing marketplace and proactively make recommendations to CFT on value proposition to keep a balanced partnership with key accounts
Serves as specialist for all the assigned key accounts to champion AZ and its medicines & healthcare solutions
Work with multiple departments and cancer centers to facilitate planning, budgeting and procurement processes
Plan and engage with HCPs, departments, hospital stakeholders and decision makers, and key accounts
Essential for the Role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Science, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical industry
2 to 3 years experience in Key Accounts Management
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Outstanding organizational & project management skills
Strong interpersonal & partnering skills: has proven abilities to work effectively and efficiently in cross-functional teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
Fluent written and verbal English
Desirable for the Role:
Work experience in sales, patient access or key account
