[Role description]

- Maximize Rare Neurology Portfolio

- Develop brand strategies and implement key marketing initiatives

- Lead the planning and execution of marketing tactics

- Forecast and budget management    

- Collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders

[Typical Accountabilities]

- Lead RD Neuro environmental shaping


- 5+ years of experience in rare disease, oncology or specialty including marketing and sales experience (experience in rare disease launches preferred)

- Excellent communication & interpersonal Skills

- Fluent oral and written English communication

- Analytical mind and experience with market analysis

- Learning agility

- MS (Excel, PPT) Skill


- Education : bachelor’s degrees and above

- Language : Fluent English communication (written and oral)

- Work Experience : 5+ years of marketing & sales in MNC, Rare Disease or Oncology experience (preferred)

- Competencies:

a.Strategic and bold mindset for market entry and expansion

b.Experience in Rare or Neurology

c.High level of understanding in Rare disease and its environment

d.Consistent demonstration of learning agility in fast-paced environment

e.Scientific and patient orientation
