Your role
- Lead the scientific aspects of new product introductions and technology transfers.
- Design and implement process steps with a focus on innovation and quality.
- Provide expert support for established products, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide scientific expertise and technical rigor in experimental design and data analysis
- Collaborate across functions and represent our site on the global stage.
Essential Skills/Experience
- An MSc or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in biologics drug product manufacturing or development.
- A strong technical writer with excellent communication skills in English.
- An independent thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- A PhD or advanced degree with a background in Drug Product development or process engineering.
- Expertise in areas like bulk formulation, filling and lyophilization processes, primary containers, and drug product inspection.
- Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards for aseptic parenteral and combination products.
