Car Fleet & Sustainability Manager

Reporting and admin tasks: approx 50% of the job.

· Reporting related to car usage, EV charging, employee safety, financial impact, sustainability reports etc.

· Health & Safety (SHE) reporting

· Constant improvement through usage of data and analyses

· POs, invoices and other accounting agenda connected with car fleet vendors

· Home charging reimbursement reports, car tax reports and other reports flowing into payroll

· Administrative agenda related to drivers fines, keeping up-to-date internal distributions lists, company drivers list,

updating the Car Policy etc.

Communication internally and externally: approx 30% of time

· Providing support and guidance to all company car drivers

· Bringing innovative tools, recommendations and trainings for company car drivers

· Efficiently allocating cars, responsibility for

· Internal education and communication related to sustainability topics, trainings, workshops, teambuildings for

employees

· Opportunity to represent AstraZeneca in external conferences on topic of sustainability and car fleet approaches

· Constant improvements and innovations

Supplier partnerships: approx 20% of time

· Ensure good service delivery from contracted partners (Fleet Logistics, TMC, leasing companies)

· Negotiating better conditions for AZ with current car suppliers

· New partnerships in sustainability agenda

Requirements:

- fluent knowledge of Hungarian and Czech/Slovak

- professional English knowledge

- experience with car flee management

- experience with reporting
