This state-of-the-art facility will deliver end-to-end Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) capabilities under one roof:
- Small molecule chemical API production
- Large molecule antibody manufacturing
- Conjugation
- Fill-and-finish operations, including sterile filling and lyophilization
The site will be equipped with brand new digital and automation infrastructure, enabling autonomous manufacturing powered by artificial intelligence. In addition, it will be designed for carbon neutrality, embedding sustainability into every aspect of operations and setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible biologics manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
- Establish a rigorous training framework with functional leaders to drive 100% completion of mandatory training within 30 days of assignment and target closing ≥90% of CAPAs by due date through Q4 2026, ensuring a robust license to operate.
- Maintain and evolve the site learning cycle with HRD, SHE, Quality and functional leads; identify learning needs, set goals and implement sustainable approaches; lead development and rollout of technical, compliance and capability programs; personally facilitate learning as needed.
- Role-model what we value; complete all AZ Code of Ethics and associated training on time; proactively surface potential non-compliance; work to SHE standards and contribute to continuous improvement in SHE processes, culture and performance.
- Assess site training programs (GMP, technical, skills) to determine needs; oversee annual site-level GMP-oriented training materials; collaborate with site and corporate SMEs to build and refine curricula; define performance standards and qualification assessments to improve impact.
- Serve as Cornerstone LMS Subject Matter Expert, ensuring day-to-day operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration; advise managers and process owners so job roles, learning plans and certifications are efficient and auditable in the eLMS; leverage analytics to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in internal audits, inspection readiness, change control and deviation investigations linked to training, ensuring training actions are effective and sustained.
- Support the tactical implementation of corporate training initiatives; lead site training process improvements and contribute to selected cross-enterprise training enhancements; act as process owner (BPO/LPC) for designated processes with HRD.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years in L&D within regulated industries (biopharma, med-tech, manufacturing) preferred; strong understanding of GMP, GxP/HSE training.
- Proven design and facilitation of blended programs; experience with LMS/LXP administration and learning analytics.
- Track record building early-talent or academy-style programs with academic partners.
- Previous work knowledge in curriculum architecture, project management, data literacy for learning analytics
- Experience measuring learning impact and translating insights into program improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor oversight; comfort working in a matrix environment.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Six sigma certification or lean manufacturing working knowledge
