DX部門において、ロードマップに則り社内関係者と連携しつつ、Lean手法を用いながらオペレーション本部のDX関連プロジェクト(Global/Regional/Local問わず)をリードする
(Gap Analysis、要件定義、スケジュール管理、リソースマネジメント、進捗管理、工数管理、コミュニケーションマネジメント、問題解決など)

・技術的専門知識とサポート・プロジェクト管理とDXロードマップの実行
・DXマインドセットの推進と変更管理の実施
・システム(Global/Regional)のロールインリード

【経験/Experience】

-必須　Mandatory

・プロジェクトマネジメント
・ステークホルダーマネジメント
・製造に関する業務経験

-歓迎　Nice to have

・グローバルプロジェクトマネジメント
・製薬GMP環境下での業務経験
・業務改善経験
・Python使用経験
・AI技術、機械学習、Power Automate等のRPAツールの使用経験

【資格/License】

・大卒以上
・PMP(プロジェクトマネジメント・プロフェッショナル) などプロジェクト管理資格
・ブラック/グリーン/イエローベルト
