【職務概要】
現場の品質試験・管理業務の実行だけでなく、品質試験チームの中核として、運営・改善をリードしていただきます。新製品の上市やグローバル基準への対応、SOPの制改訂・分析機器の維持管理といった品質システムの根幹にも主体的に関与し、後進の育成、現場課題の解決、継続的改善の推進役も担うリーダーポジションです。

＜主な業務内容＞
・中間バルク・包装資材の受入試験（HPLC, GC, KF, pH, UVほか）
・製品標準書、操作手順書の作成・管理および運用体制の強化
・新製品上市に係る分析技術移管・ラボの立ち上げ支援
・試験機器の維持管理や要員指導を通じた信頼性の確保
・Leanの概念に基づくQC業務全体の継続的改善の牽引
・チームメンバーへの技術教育やトレーニング企画・実行

【必須要件】
・製薬会社での品質管理業務の実務経験（理化学試験、微生物試験）
・大卒以上（薬学・化学・生物学専攻）
・薬機法、医薬品関連公定書、GMPに関する知識
・QC組織またはチームでのリーダー的役割やメンバー指導経験尚可
・英語力（TOEIC600点以上あれば尚可）
