Accounting Analyst

Objetivo del puesto

Preparar, analizar y dar seguimiento a la información financiera de la operación en Chile, garantizando precisión, cumplimiento y eficiencia. El rol trabaja de manera autónoma y en coordinación con Contabilidad, Controlaría y Servicios Globales de Finanzas.

Principales responsabilidades

• Gestionar procesos de contabilidad y reportes, cuentas por pagar, tesorería, bancos, viajes y gastos.

• Realizar conciliaciones, cierres, provisiones, análisis de variaciones y proyecciones de flujo de caja.

• Apoyar auditorías, pagos de impuestos, facturación e información financiera vinculada con estudios clínicos.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas, políticas y controles internos.

• Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua, automatización y simplificación de procesos.

Perfil requerido

• Título universitario en Contabilidad, Auditoría, Finanzas, Administración o área afín.

• Entre tres y cinco años de experiencia en Contabilidad, Auditoría, Controlling o Finanzas.

• Experiencia en análisis financiero, cierres, estados financieros y SAP u otro ERP.

• Inglés avanzado ( excluyente)

• Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, autonomía y comunicación efectiva.

• Se valora experiencia en empresas multinacionales, industria farmacéutica, auditoría o consultoría, así como conocimientos de datos, automatización e inteligencia artificial.
