Are you ready to take the lead in delivering an innovative pipeline of complex process re-engineering project opportunities?As a Process Optimisation (Senior) Analyst, you will be at the forefront of solving inefficiencies and unlockingadditionalvalue for the Automation/Process Miningexpertisewithin our team. This role is perfect for those witha strong desireto gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques, experience of project team management, and lead end-to-end process analysis & simplification.

Accountabilities:

Your main duties will include managing relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels,assistingwith the generation & prioritisation of opportunities across a range of ProcessAnalytics Servicescustomer groups, and leading projects independently or in collaboration with other streams of work and team members. You will alsobe responsible forassessing automation/process miningpossible enhancementsimplementations, business cost/benefit business cases, as well as change management activities to guide/support business readiness for transition to go-live. You will also have an opportunity to standardize processes by modelling them in a dedicated system.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified alongside proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes
  • Demonstrated experienceinleadingmediumprofile projects/ change management activities
  • Facilitating process discovery workshops across various stakeholder levels
  • Hands-on Process Mapping experience (no specific tool)using BPMN 2.0
  • Experience in improving service processesgoing throughdifferent functionsacross organization
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing & presentation/oral communication skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business requirements
  • Critical thinking skills enabling challenging process findingsand solutions
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one time
  • Comfortable with workingvirtually ina global environment
  • Willingness to undertake some domestic/ international travel (asrequired)
  • Fluency in English

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience inparticipatingin service transition projects
  • Significant experiencewithvarious related BPM capabilities i.e.AI,Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools.
  • Experience and proven resultsinchangeimplementationprojects within the Pharma industry
  • Experienceinworking in Agilemethodology
  • Experience in workingwithBusinessInformationCentretool by GBTEC
  • Experienceinworking globally
