About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and innovativeDigital HR, Reward Product Specialistto lead the development, enhancement, and management of digital Reward products and services. This is a global-facing role, acting as a vital bridge between Reward stakeholders—including Reward business partners, employees, leadership—and our technology development teams. You will define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure our Reward platforms deliver exceptional employee and business value, closely aligned to AstraZeneca’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership:Define and drive the digital Reward product strategy, collaborating with process managers, vendors, and digital project delivery teams to realize maximum value.
Stakeholder Partnership:Serve as a consultative partner to global process managers, maintaining a holistic approach to employee experience and advancing continuous service improvement.
User Experience Leadership:Champion excellent user experience globally, ensuring seamless, effective Reward technology engagement for all users.
Business & Process Alignment:Work closely with the Business Readiness Lead and Process Managers to ensure Digital Reward solutions are fully integrated with organizational objectives and processes.
Vendor & Technology Management:Develop and maintain an up-to-date process landscape, minimize duplication of technology, and influence vendors to deliver optimal business-aligned features.
Governance & Continuous Improvement:Participate in governance forums, represent Digital HR platforms, and drive preparation for key meetings. Lead feature releases and facilitate product meetings with the Digital HR account lead, fostering continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience managing and implementing enterprise Reward/HR applications or digital platforms
Outstanding influencing and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building collaborative global partnerships
Proven track record managing multiple projects/programmes in large, complex organizations
Strong capability in project planning, risk monitoring, and workload prioritization
Ability to align technology opportunities with business priorities and motivate teams in a matrix environment
Experience of working in a complex, global matrix organization
Desirable Skills:
Experience working with diverse, global teams and adapting Reward processes for a varied workforce
Change leadership skills, with a track record of driving improvement and innovation in HR
Digital HR/Reward expertise, familiar with emerging technologies and trends
Understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy/security in HR processes
Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders with clarity
