Alliance Manager

Strategic Alliances

• Oversee the full alliance management cycle, from partnership model design — including legal, financial, and operational structure — through continuous performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
• Ensure that partnership agreements are aligned with the company's compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines, promoting robust governance at every stage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, fostering mutual trust, transparency, and commitment to shared results.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of active alliances, proposing strategic and operational adjustments when necessary to ensure sustainability and the value generated by partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in:

• Bachelor of degree, with at least 5 years experience in pharma marketing and sales management position

Possess:

• Proficient in oral and written English communication.
• Demonstrated success in launch excellence, project management, collaboration, and stakeholder influence.
• Proven track record of high performance in cross-functional engagement, and strong business acumen.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and demonstrate a high degree of maturity.
• Marketing capabilities, data analytics, insight mining, collaboration, organizational ability, strategic mindset, negotiation, and project management.
