■ミッション

市場、疾患、患者、医療従事者に関する情報をベースに市場分析を行いBrand teamに対してBrand strategy作成に必要な提案を行う。■主なJob outputは、(1) 各製品の売り上げ予測、(2) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案

Responsibility1) 各製品の売り上げ予測をする。-担当製品の予測モデルを構築する。-市場調査やセカンダリーデータ分析結果等をもとにkey assumptionを作成する。-将来に起こりうる各イベントの影響を加味しForecastを最終化する。-営業の販売目標と連動したKPI（納入軒数、処方医師数、医師あたり患者数などの目標）を提供する。

2) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案-市場調査の企画と実施を行う。-分析に必要なセカンダリーデータ情報の収集をする（セグメント、医師数、患者数、Patient journey、Stakeholder等)。-市場調査結果とセカンダリーデータを用いた分析を行い顧客インサイトを明確にする。-各種データを用いてBrand performanceのモニタリングと課題の同定・原因分析を行う。

3）マネジメント ※将来従事する可能性がある業務

-チームの業務プロセスの改善および生産性向上の推進

【経験 / Experience】

＜必須 / Mandatory＞

• 専門職として、日本の医療用医薬品市場における市場調査、売り上げ予測を行った経験（3年以上）

【能力 / Skill-set】

＜必須 / Mandatory＞

•さまざまな情報から物事を客観的に判断する力•コミュニケーション力、協働する力-ブランドチームのみならずバックグランドの異なる社内外の多くのステークホルダーと積極的にコミュニケーションをとり協力して業務を行う能力•論理的思考力•製薬業界でのデータ分析、予測モデル構築、市場調査の経験

• Fact-baseでビジネス・インサイツを導き出す能力 • 議論を通じてより良いDecision-makingが行えるようリードしていく能力・姿勢• プレゼンテーション能力• 資料作成能力                                                                            • エクセルは基本的に四則演算レベルでOKだが、 関数およびマクロ知識があればbetter（原因分析のためには、ビジネス統計分析の知識は役立つ）
