■ 職務内容

市場、疾患、患者、医療従事者に関する情報をベースに市場分析を行いBrand team、BUのシニアリーダーに対してBrand strategy作成に必要な提案を行う。主なJob outputは、(1) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案(2) 各製品の売り上げ予測

Responsibility(1) 市場調査結果/セカンダリー分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案と各種プロジェクトのリードをする-市場調査結果とセカンダリーデータを用いた分析を行い顧客インサイトを明確にする。-各種データを用いたBrand performanceのモニタリングと課題の同定・原因分析を行う。-社内stake folderを巻き込みながら課題解決のためのactionにつながるマーケットリサーチの企画・提案・実行を行う。-上記の分析結果から明確にされた課題の解決策を導くために社内stakeholderを巻き込みながらプロジェクトの推進とサポートをしていく。(2) 各製品の売り上げ予測をする-担当製品の予測に最適なモデルを同定し、精度の高いモデルを構築する。-予測に必要なkey assumptionを明確にし、各種データ分析結果等をもとにkey assumption (impact）を作成する。-将来に起こりうる各イベントの影響を加味しより精度の高いForecastを作成する。-作成したForecastを社内stakefolderに提案し同意を得る-営業の販売目標と連動したKPIを提供する。-予測とactualの乖離分析を元に、課題の同定をleadし、社内stakeholderに解決策につながる提案/サポートを行う。

• 専門職として、日本の医療用医薬品市場における市場調査、売り上げ予測を行った経験3年以上

日本の医療用医薬品市場における市場調査、売り上げ予測、マーケティング、セールス関連分析の経験
