Accountabilities :

  • Lead the effective implementation of sales strategies, tactics and plans of action in line with company policies.

  • Monitor sales performance across the territory, analyse trends and take timely action to keep results on track with objectives.

  • Drive enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals, clinics and other relevant institutions.

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and inform territory plans.

  • Support and participate in promotional programs and activities that raise product awareness and engagement.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer classification, databases and call records to support informed decision-making.

  • Build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals through professional conduct aligned with the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.

  • Identify personal development needs and work with the First Line Sales Manager to build capabilities and performance.

Essential Skills/Experience :

  • Graduate degree in Science/Pharma

  • Passion for Sales

  • Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Good Planning and Organisational Skills

  • Excellent Scientific knowledge

  • Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
