Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managingSpecialProjects(Eg-I&D, Employee Engagement, Organization effectiveness),tracking projectobjectives, timelines, and communication plans by prioritizing responsibilities, and tracking and measuring to successful completion
Liaison with HRBP to support Business,Strategyand operational elements of running the business
Provide enablement and delivery support for high impact initiatives; examplesincludestalent assessment; high-potential and manager development; organizational design and compensation planning, employeeengagementand retention.
Provide operational and analytical support to the leaders with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives.
Employee connects with the field to get a pulse and empowered tooperateindependently &be responsible foremployee satisfaction & development of the team
Work directly with managers and employees to resolve medium to complex issues. Give guidance, coaching, and support to resolve ambiguous situations and issues.
Essential for the role
Post Graduate Human Resources with a work experience of3-5years in Human Resources
Project and Program management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction.
Good executive presence with ability to manage change within a global organization.
Collaborative team player whodemonstratesflexibility tooperatein a dynamic HR organization
Expertisein Workday and software including Microsoft products viz., Advanced Excel,Wordand PowerPoint
High degree of customer centricity and situational fluency
Demonstrate AZ Values Consistently
