Introduction to Role:

Join us as an Omnichannel Solution Owner, a key role, where you will be the primary person responsible for understanding and transforming business requirements into comprehensive and actionable. This role is highly collaborative and proactive, requiring you to work closely with an Omnichannel Strategist and an Omnichannel Program Manager. If you're ready to work on challenging initiatives, demonstrate respect for each team member, and have the courage to stand up for doing the right thing, this role is for you. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in Office.

Accountabilities:

As an Omnichannel Solution Owner, you will understand how marketing tools are leveraged to create omnichannel customer engagement experiences. You will serve as the lead resource accountable for providing comprehensive instructions necessary for a team of delivery resources to enable an omnichannel campaign. You will also establish relationships with AZ subject matter experts across respective omnichannel tools and platforms and leverage those relationships when advanced expertise is required to resolve campaign service delivery challenges.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst responsible for understanding and recording client requirements
  • Experience overseeing or working within a technical development and/or operational delivery team
  • Experience with technology tools that enable Content Production, Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and/or Digital Media optimization
  • Conceptual understanding of relational databases
  • Experience with tools associated with Task Management (ex. Jira)
  • Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working
  • Adobe Campaign/Salesforce marketing(or similar tool)
  • Adobe Experience Manager / Web Analytics (or similar tool)
  • Tealium Audience Stream / Tealium IQ / Salesforce Data Cloud (or similar tool)
  • Energetic, self-motivated
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative
  • Visio, data flow and process charting
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (primarily Excel)
  • Solid communication skills
  • Cross-Commercial interactions
  • Business analysis

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Scaled Agile Certification
  • Experience coordinating delivery of multi or omnichannel customer experiences
  • Experience within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • JIRA Atlassian
  • Confluence
  • Adobe Target
  • Complex Project Management Experience
