If you're a great teammate, a standout colleague, and eager to excel in oncology forecasting, we invite you to join us on this dynamic path!

Key Responsibilities

· Oncology Forecasting Delivery: Lead end-to-end forecasting for assigned brands/franchise, integrating patient funnel analytics, market data, and performance trends. Maintain transparent assumptions, version control, and documentation to support inclusive decision-making.

· Portfolio Performance Tracking: Consult and create alignment on KPIs for your brands. Converge multiple datasets to monitor performance versus plan, produce latest estimates, and highlight risks/opportunities with clear mitigation options.

· Scenario Planning & Sensitivity Analysis: Conduct scenario planning to pressure-test assumptions and quantify risks/opportunities related to launches, label changes, competitive entries, access shifts, and supply.

· Strategic Influence (Portfolio-Level): Serve as a thought partner to brand and franchise leadership. Synthesize market research, customer insights, and internal data into recommendations for brand strategy, phasing, demand planning, and tactical optimization.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, Finance, Market Access, and global teams to align assumptions with brand objectives. Facilitate shared understanding of drivers, constraints, and trade-offs; encourage diverse viewpoints in reviews.

· Business Case Support: Collaborate with Commercial and Pricing to develop evidence-based business cases (e.g., access strategies, investments, indications/line extensions), ensuring forecast outputs align with financial assumptions and patient impact.

· Insights & Data Storytelling: Translate complex analyses into accessible narratives for diverse audiences. Create materials that connect patient funnel dynamics, market signals, and financial impact to brand decisions.

· Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhanced tools, processes, and analytic methods that streamline data workflows and improve forecast accuracy and timeliness. Champion data hygiene, reproducible analytics, and inclusive documentation.

· Capability Building (Peer Contribution): Share best practices, support peer learning, and contribute to methodological enhancements in patient funnel design, scenario frameworks, and visualization. Help build a psychologically safe, learning-focused team culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Experience: 3–5 years in forecasting or finance (preferably in pharmaceuticals/oncology). Demonstrated impact in brand-level forecasting and cross-functional partnership.

· Communication: Clear and inclusive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for different audiences and create persuasive, accessible narratives and materials.

· Analytical Thinking and Strategizing: Experienced in analytical thought processes and developing strategies, skilled at questioning assumptions with different viewpoints and data analysis.

· Adaptability & Prioritization: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple brands and forecasting cycles concurrently.

· Collaboration and Inclusive Leadership: Experienced collaborator with an inclusive leadership style, demonstrating the ability to work successfully within a diverse team.
