Stage Talent&Develompent

La risorsa si occuperà di:

• Supportare il team nell’ideazione e nella gestione dei corsi di formazione (in aula e online), anche attraverso l’utilizzo dei fondi interprofessionali
• Supportare il team nei processi annuali di Talent Management a livello locale e internazionale
• Supportare nella gestione e nel monitoraggio dei principali fornitori attivi e nella reportistica e analisi periodica dei KPIs del team
• Partecipare attivamente a progettualità specifiche dell’area in collaborazione con altre funzioni aziendali & HR
• Gestire tutte le attività in accordo con i Valori aziendali, del Codice Etico di AstraZeneca e nel rispetto delle normative nazionali e regionali

La figura lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con il team Talent & Development e con gli HR Business Partners acquisendo un’ampia conoscenza dei processi HR e di strumenti come WorkDay (HRIS) & Degreed (LXP).
