Diagnostic Liason - Galicia y Castilla y León
Purpose
For all or part of the biomarkers and/or tumor types under his/her scope:
- Engage with and educate lab personnel to ensure and deploy the 5 A’s across selected accounts in terms of test awareness, adoption, availability, access and accuracy
- Support other AZ roles in the understanding of the test specificities, challenges and opportunities for best supporting the usage of AZ products across the various test-related indications
- Develop deep analysis and set strategic goals for the Business Accounts Plans to achieve optimal testing circuits that warrantee access to AZ biomarkers
Key Activities
Stakeholder Mapping & Networking
- Identify, map and prioritize the local stakeholders involved in oncology testing/precision medicine plans
- Engage with key stakeholders among the lab personnel in the selected accounts
Dx Strategy Development
- Identify and prioritize levers in the selected accounts to implement the national Dx strategy
- Set strategic objectives and develop the Dx action plans accordingly aligned with business priorities in the selected accounts
Value Delivery
- Provide expertise to external customers related to Dx in the field of technical / quality, regulatory and business / economics aspects
- Implement the selected initiatives at local level, especially around testing pathway optimization: local coordination, logistics, equipment, KPI, etc.
- Gather feedback, ensure customer satisfaction
Precision Medicine Market Shaping
- Support lab stakeholders in understanding and anticipating Dx trends and dynamics, on any aspects that can impact AZ product usage
- Ensure that AZ biomarkers are funded and prioritize in Precision Medicine Plans across the territory under responsibility

Requirements
- Scientific background, with experience in lab, ideally PhD in related fields
- Outstanding knowledge in biomarkers and diagnostics, preferentially in oncology
- Strong understanding of CDx implementation
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic and analytic mindset and problem-solving aptitude
