We currently have an exciting opportunity for a sales force performance analyst to join our commercial excellence team as an Junior SFE Analyst.


What you’ll do
As a Junior SFE Analyst reporting to the Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will assist in the update and maintenance of downstream systems (Territory structures, Sales Market structures, Position management) to ensure accuracy and ensure all required policies & procedures are followed when handling and distributing data. In the role, you will work closely with internal teams to maintain integrity of reported data and provide actionable insights based on the data.

As a Junior SFE Analyst you will be a point of contact for the business on field force related data and performance in the Bio Pharmaceutical area. You will provide support and training to the internal stakeholders and help enhance their understanding of data and systems. While working with internal stakeholders you will also work on opportunities to overall improve, simplify, and automate systems, reports and processes.

Essential for the role

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Logical thinking and solutions focused simplification and automation : demonstrated ability to resolve issues and suggest solutions


Desirable for the role

  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Equivalent Reporting platforms
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM systems
