We are seeking a GP Sales Representative based in the Coffs Harbour area, NSW, covering the NSW Mid North Coast including Maclean, Armidale, Moree, Coffs Harbour, and South West Rocks/Kempsey. In this role, you’ll collaborate with General Practitioners and Primary Health Care providers to connect innovative treatments with patient care.

The Role – What You’ll Do

As a GP Sales Representative in Coffs Harbour area and the surrounding suburbs, you will:

  • Build strong partnerships withGeneral Practitioners, Retail Pharmacies, and allied health professionals.

  • Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about approved medicines, efficacy, and safety.

  • Develop and execute alocal sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in your territory.

  • Use data insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach.

  • Successfully complete all product training and obtain your Medicines Australia (MA) qualification.

  • Drive performance while maintaining compliance with the MA Code of Conduct.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)

  • Prior sales experience and/or healthcare background

  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to plan strategically and achieve results

Desirable:

  • Experience working with digital tools and data to optimise sales

  • Knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare systems, and the pharmaceutical environment
