We are currently looking for an Associate Production Manager to join our Operations team at our largest UK campus in Macclesfield.
Accountabilities:
As an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Manager to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes such as formulation, manufacturing, filling, and packaging. You will also gain experience in supporting processes such as deviation management and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of defined processes in terms of adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety (SHE).
Essential Skills/Experience:
- A Science/Engineering degree, or equivalent academic/practical work experience
- Experience of working within a highly compliant or cGMP environment in either an Operational or Laboratory based role
- Passionate about developing coaching and leadership skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with digital platforms to improve performance
- Experience in implementing lean principles
